Just at the time we were looking at a heat pump system, Align placed a Facebook ad that came across my inbox. Talk about serendipity! I was not enthralled with the quote I had received from another company and was unsure of of the quality of service I’d get. I left them a message. Got a reply within hours on a Sunday. They were here the next week. Quote within a day after. Installation (thankfully he had a cancellation) the next weekend!
