Heat Pumps
Most Squamish homes still rely on baseboard heat or aging furnaces that leave cold spots every winter, and larger heat pump installations may require a licensed Refrigeration Mechanic under BC’s permit rules.
Every install we do is led by our Red Seal Certified Refrigeration Mechanic, who sizes and wires the system before it goes in.
Heat Pumps we work with:
- Ductless
- Ducted
- Multi-zone
Furnaces
When your gas bill suddenly jumps, the most common cause is a poorly performing furnace, in addition to rate changes, heat loss, or a system working harder than it should.
We inspect the entire heating system and help homeowners decide what the right next step is.
- Repairs
- Maintenance
- New Installations
Air Conditioning and Cooling Solutions
If your upstairs rooms stay hot long after the sun goes down, the issue may be airflow, sizing, zoning, or how the home holds heat.
We help bring cooler, more even comfort to the rooms that struggle most, with AC solutions planned around your home’s layout.
Boilers & Radiant Heating Systems
When radiant heat starts feeling patchy, noisy, or slower than it used to, the problem is often hidden behind the walls or under the floor.
We service boilers and radiant heating systems across Squamish homes to get the quiet, steady warmth they were built to deliver.
We service:
- Boilers
- On-demand water heaters
- Radiant floor systems
Indoor Air Quality Systems
After summers like the 2025 Squamish wildfire near Alice Lake, keeping windows closed during smoky days has become part of protecting indoor comfort.
The right indoor air quality setup can reduce that stale, closed-in feeling while helping your home handle smoke, damp air, and changing seasons.
We work with:
- Air filtration
- Ventilation
- Humidity control
HVAC Maintenance
Most HVAC problems do not start on the coldest or hottest day of the year; that is just when homeowners finally notice them.
Regular maintenance helps catch weak airflow, worn parts, dirty components, and safety issues before your system is forced to work at its hardest.
We can help with:
- periodic maintenance
- seasonal tune-ups
- system performance checks

For any questions or enquiry feel free to Call us or Schedule an appointment.
Do I need a permit to install a new HVAC system in Squamish?
No. You do not need a permit from the city to install a new HVAC system. However, if you are in a condo or townhouse, then you may need permission from your Strata for the installation.
Can you install HVAC systems in homes with older ductwork or no ductwork at all?
Yes! We can install a high-efficiency ductless heat pump system in almost any style of home or dwelling. No ductwork required! For ducted systems, it may be possible to reuse existing ductwork, depending on the original design.
How long does it take to install a new HVAC system?
A ductless system can take as little as 1 day to install, offering a quick solution for targeted heating and cooling.
In contrast, a traditional ducted HVAC system typically requires 2 to 5 days for installation, due to the complexity of integrating ductwork throughout the home.
What should I watch out for when hiring a heat pump installer?
A qualified heat pump installer should be a ticketed Refrigeration Mechanic, especially when designing or upgrading your HVAC system.
This ensures the system is correctly sized, efficiently installed, and meets local code requirements.
Hiring someone without the right training or track record could lead to costly inefficiencies or even equipment failure.
