Who Are We?
As a family-run HVAC business based in Squamish, started in 2021 by Tim and Elyse Managh, our goal was simple: to bring reliable, energy-efficient heating and cooling to the community — with the kind of honest service you’d offer a neighbour.

Tim Managh
Director
Tim is a Red Seal HVAC/R Technician with a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce.
As the Director of Align Climate Solutions, with over 12 years in the HVAC industry, Tim has extensive experience working in both commercial and residential environments.
His past projects range from custom home ocean-loop geothermal systems, to large industrial heat pump installations. He’s passionate about the work he does, and it shows!
Elyse Managh
Admin
Elyse wears several hats on the team.
Her background is in the IT industry, working with SMEs and their business process systems.
With over a decade of experience as a project manager in the technology space, she manages the backend operations and ‘keeps the trains running on time’.
Elyse loves spending time outdoors with her two charismatic children, exploring all that BC has to offer.
Tobin Zlatarits
HVAC/R Technician
As a seasoned HVAC technician and journeyman, Tobin takes pride in his work and strives to exceed clients’ expectations with every job.
When he’s not on the job, he is a proud father of two young boys and enjoys spending quality time with his wife and children.
In his free time, he loves exploring the biking trails on the North Shore and soaking in the beauty of the great outdoors.
With a passion for his work and a commitment to his family, Tobin strives to find balance and fulfillment in all aspects of his life.
Brody Hopkins
HVAC/R Technician
Brody carries 12 years of experience as a ticketed electrician, working on a range of residential, commercial and heavy industrial projects.
With a sharp mind and quick wit, he is currently working toward obtaining a dual Red Seal ticket that will include HVAC/R.
In his free time, Brody enjoys spending time in the mountains, both winter and summer, with his young family.
Cameron Schiavello
HVAC Apprentice
Cam moved from Australia to British Columbia in 2022, bringing nearly a decade of experience in the HVAC industry.
He enjoys the variety that the trade offers, which keeps his day-to-day engaging and dynamic.
In his free time, you’ll find him outdoors – whether it’s hiking, hunting, mountain biking or fishing – anything that allows him to embrace the natural beauty that BC has to offer.
Tyler Salt
HVAC Apprentice
Tyler is a North Shore-born and bred local.
He has a diverse trade background and is currently working towards his HVAC/R Red Seal ticket.
With a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic, he is an asset to the team.
After hours, you can find Tyler angling BC rivers, enjoying the outdoors, and reading the occasional book.
