Installation, Repair & Maintenance
Boilers tend to fly under the radar — until something goes wrong.
We’ve seen everything from cold floors on winter mornings to mystery leaks that quietly cause bigger problems over time.
Some systems just need a small fix. Others are ready to retire after decades of use.
Either way, we’ll give you clear options and help you decide what works best for your home.
For homeowners who rely on radiant heating, we also offer regular service to catch issues early and keep things running smoothly — because with boilers, quiet doesn’t mean maintenance-free.
On-Demand Hot Water Heaters
Installation, Repair & Maintenance
Running out of hot water isn’t just annoying — it throws off your whole routine. That’s why more homeowners are switching to on-demand systems that heat water only when needed.
If your current setup takes up too much space or struggles to keep up, we at Align Climate can surely help you make the switch. We’ve installed tankless units in everything from tight utility closets to full renovations.
Not just that, we’ve also troubleshooted and maintained tankless systems to keep them running smoothly.
A quick service goes a long way — avoid pressure issues, unexpected temperature drops, or wear from hard water buildup.
Geothermal Heating Systems
Geothermal systems are not for everyone — but when it’s the right fit, it’s one of the best long-term heating solutions we’ve seen.
A few of our clients were initially unsure about the upfront cost, but today, they’ll tell you they’re glad they made the switch.
These systems quietly pull heat from the ground, meaning fewer breakdowns, no gas, and steady comfort through every season. Once it’s in place, there’s not much to think about — just reliable, low-impact heating that does its job.
If you’re curious but not sure if geothermal makes sense for your home, we’re happy to have that conversation.
No pressure again — just clear answers based on your space, goals, and budget.

For any questions or enquiry feel free to Call us or Schedule an appointment.
Do I need to upgrade my electrical panel for a heat pump?
Maybe. Older homes with 100-amp service or limited breaker space often need upgrades, but the newer ones should be fine. It would be a good idea to have an electrician assess your panel during the planning stage.
Are heat pumps noisy?
Not all. Most Modern systems are very quiet, especially ductless units. Having said that, proper installation still matters. It is always a good practice to have outdoor units placed away from windows or neighbouring walls to minimize noise.
Can I use a heat pump in a condo in Vancouver?
Possibly, but it depends on your building’s strata rules. Many condo owners are installing ductless mini-splits, but you’ll need strata approval and space for the outdoor unit (like a balcony or rooftop access).
How long do heat pumps last?
With proper maintenance, a quality heat pump should last 15–20 years — similar to a gas furnace or AC. Regular servicing and filter cleaning will definitely help maximize the lifespan of the system.
Are radiant (in-floor) heating systems still a good option?
Yes, especially for comfort. Radiant heating offers gentle, even warmth and works well in bathrooms or new builds. However, it doesn’t provide cooling and can be more expensive to retrofit.
