Working with Tim Managh and Align Climate Solutions was a delight- effortless, efficient, and in the end economically a windfall. We eliminated a propane fuelled furnace that was expensive, inefficient, and environmentally problematic, and replaced it with a heat pump that provides dependable heat throughout a large house, together with a capacity to cool the house in the hot days of summer. Our previous system did neither. With the government rebates, the upfront costs were much reduced, allowing the long term savings to kick in much sooner. The outcome has been truly transformative. Their technicians are super professional.  They have been servicing our furnace on a yearly basis, trouble shooting some unforeseen technical problems on weekends or on public holidays. Just at the time we were looking at a heat pump system, Align placed a Facebook ad that came across my inbox. Talk about serendipity! I was not enthralled with the quote I had received from another company and was unsure of of the quality of service I’d get. I left them a message. Got a reply within hours on a Sunday. They were here the next week. Quote within a day after. Installation (thankfully he had a cancellation) the next weekend!
